1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service provided by Pack Print Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.

2. Scope of Services

Pack Print Pro provides courier and logistics services including:

  • International shipping (e.g., USA to Jamaica)

  • Air freight services

  • Package receiving and handling

  • In-store pickup services only

  • Online shopping assistance (for customers without cards)

Note: We do not offer delivery services at this time.

Pack Print Pro reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. Shipping Schedule

We operate on regular shipping schedules; however, all timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • External or unforeseen circumstances

4. Service Areas & Pickup Locations

Primary Pickup Location:

  • 111 Davidson Avenue, Kingston 20

Additional Reference Area:

  • Dews Avenue

Customers will be notified when packages are ready for pickup.
No delivery service is offered.

5. Shipping Rates & Weight Policy

Air Freight Rates

  • 1 lb – $650

  • 2 lbs – $1,150

  • 3 lbs – $1,650

  • 4 lbs – $2,150

  • 5 lbs – $2,650

  • 6 lbs – $3,150

  • 7 lbs – $3,650

  • 8 lbs – $4,150

  • 9 lbs – $4,650

  • 10 lbs – $5,150

Over 10 lbs:

  • Additional $500 per pound

Rounding Policy

  • We round up at 0.5 lb

    • Example: 1.5 lb = 2 lb

6. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.

Pack Print Pro assumes limited liability for loss, damage, or delays.

We are not responsible for:

  • Vendor mistakes or incorrect orders

  • Incorrect information provided by customers

  • Packages lost before arrival at our facility

  • Delays or damages caused by third-party carriers

Responsibility begins when the package is received by our facility and ends upon customer pickup.

7. Packaging & Fragile Items

We are not responsible for damage due to poor packaging by vendors or senders.

Fragile items (electronics, glass, liquids, etc.) are shipped at the customer’s risk.

8. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must comply with all local and international shipping laws.

Prohibited items include:

  • Illegal drugs or substances

  • Firearms and weapons

  • Explosives or hazardous materials

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Perishables

  • Live animals

  • Cash or negotiable instruments

Any prohibited item may be confiscated without refund.

9. Customs, Duties & Fees

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Taxes

  • Government fees

Pack Print Pro is not liable for customs delays, inspections, or seizures.

10. Online Shopping Assistance

We offer shopping assistance for customers without cards.

Conditions:

  • Full payment must be made in advance

  • Customers must confirm all order details before purchase

  • All additional costs (shipping, taxes, fees) are the customer’s responsibility

  • Payments are non-refundable once the order is placed

We are not responsible for vendor-related issues.

11. Payments

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash

  • Bank transfer

  • Online payments (if applicable)

All payments must be completed before processing.
Payments are non-refundable once shipment processing begins.

12. Claims & Complaints

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of package notification or pickup.

Claims must include:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice)

  • Photos (if applicable)

WhatsApp messages do not constitute official claims unless confirmed.

13. Storage & Uncollected Packages

Customers must collect packages promptly after notification.

  • Uncollected packages may incur storage fees

  • Packages left beyond a reasonable period may be disposed of or reassigned

  • Customers remain responsible for all outstanding fees

14. Referral Program

  • Referrers receive $100 JMD (store credit) per successful referral once the referred customer ships the required amount.

  • No rewards for new customers

15. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made before processing begins.
Once a shipment or purchase is processed, cancellation may not be possible.

16. Amendments

Pack Print Pro reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the full agreement between the customer and Pack Print Pro.
